We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revit/BIM Draughtsman with a strong background in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should be fast, efficient, detail-oriented, and highly knowledgeable in delivering BIM documentation for complex vertical developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and detailed Revit/BIM drawings for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Develop and manage BIM models in coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools.
- Maintain model accuracy and drawing consistency throughout design stages (Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Documentation).
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to resolve design issues and discrepancies.
- Update and revise drawings as required based on design changes and client feedback.
- Maintain organized drawing documentation and project records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-rise projects using Revit/BIM.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, and architectural standards.
- Able to produce high-quality drawings under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and construction practices.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
