We’re seeking a proactive Hotel Revenue & Reservation Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, inventory optimisation, and sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and adjust room rates and inventory based on demand, seasonality, and competitor benchmarking to maximise yield across all market segments
- Oversee hotel listings on OTAs, brand websites, and metasearch engines to ensure optimal visibility and performance.
- Manage and maintain relationships with all distribution partners.
- Develop promotions, packages, campaigns and special offers to drive bookings and revenue.
- Conduct detailed analytics to identify performance gaps, emerging opportunities, trends and risk factors.
- Develop sales strategies for corporate accounts, group bookings, events, and MICE segments.
- Guide and coach the sales team: set objectives, track performance, and foster a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
- Prepare and present revenue reports, forecasting, and financial analysis to management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality revenue management (hotel/resort); proven record of driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Proficient with revenue management systems, PMS, channel managers, and Excel/BI tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
