Key responsibilities & duties

Overall responsible for the retails sales performances & operations
Managing retails daily operation and flow of products
Maintaining Customer Relationship
Ensure branch complies to guidelines and operational procedures
Develop & implement sales strategies/ plan to achieve the sales target
Plan and execute Marketing Strategies and activates like roadshow and exhibition
Monitoring, maintaining and improving service quality
Monitoring resources and apply its cost effectiveness
Responsible for top and bottom line of the business
Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management

Academic or trade qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree any field.

Work experience and skills

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
Able to work flexible schedule, including weekend and public holidays
Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Excellent communication skills, including multiple languages.
The ability to interact successfully across cultures.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and strong judgment and decision-making.
Do not mind to work late and must have high in commitment and responsibility.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Able to meet tight deadlines.
