Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff/vendors to ensure high standard of cleanliness in the mall and areas surrounding the mall
- Supervise and coordinate with the outsourced contractor on the daily housekeeping operations and analyse their performance to undertake necessary proposal and action
- Keep track and monitor daily attendance of vendors and report any shortage of manpower to superior
- Conduct daily inspection on the cleanliness and defects in the mall as well as to follow up on rectification
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve facility-related issues.
- Handle and resolve complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control related to housekeeping supplies and staffing.
- Support Manager in all housekeeping operations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management and/or have attended Housekeeping related courses
- Minimum two (2) years of related working experience in a shopping mall, hotel or large facility
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in managing a team of housekeeping employees
- Good knowledge in housekeeping processes and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
