About the Position:
The Retail Associate is responsible in providing superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with the customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards in order to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals
- Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products
- Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on the customer’s individual style
- Remain knowledgeable on products so as to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
- Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards

Hiring location:
- Penang: Queensbay Mall
Are you the right person that we are looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field;
- Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage;
- At least one year experience in retail industry;
- Preferable with working experience in sports retail;
- Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays;
- Sales-oriented and good communication skill;
- Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality

Pay: From RM1,750.00 per month
