Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services
- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
- Assembly of PC/laptops, installing/upgrading parts. Knowledge on Gaming PC would be an added advantage.
- Setup/reformat operating system on existing/new PC/laptop.
- To undertake any tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.
- Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
- Initiative, fast learner and confident.
- Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
