Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash flow, including accurate cash handling, banking, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote and explain Footer's health socks, including their functional benefits and usage to educate and engage customers.
- Ensure attractive product display, kiosk cleanliness, and a welcoming shopping environment.
- Work closely with the Outlet Supervisor to support shop operations and team efficiency.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, F&B, or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive, self-motivated, and passionate about health-related products.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, based on shift schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
