Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Mix and proof doughs, apply fillings and decorations per recipe
- Operate ovens and equipment; monitor baking processes and temperatures
- Maintain hygiene, proper food-handling practices, and logs
- Ensure product quality and appearance; report defects or deviations
- Assist in stock management and coordinate with supervisors
- Follow SOPs for safety, cleanliness, and workplace protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma from culinary/baking/trade school (beneficial)
- 1–2 years of bakery experience, preferably with bakery chains
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality
- Team player with good communication and adaptability

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
