Responsibilities:
- Assist in operations issues & monitoring of staffs' customer service & discipline;
- Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare & resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints;
- Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;
- Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;
- Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;
- With at least 2 years of working experience in retail environment;
- Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated;
- Possess good leadership skills;
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;
- Computer Literate.
