Qualification

- Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in a relevant field

- Basic proficiency in computer applications and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

- Good command of the English language (both written and verbal); proficiency in Mandarin both written and verbal);

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

- Willingness to travel and possess own transport

Job Description:

- Monitor the monthly collection
- Data entry to the system
- Monitor & coordinate the job portal and new portal from time to time
- Plan & coordinate and conduct a career fair and roadshow with University, college and event organizer
- Career Talk slide - Monthly report
- Audit every new resume daily
- Send job advertisement to college
- Positing job advertisement on Facebook page and Linked In
- Help to screen candidate before send to interview.

- Audit JTK 3 months once

- Handle the part timer and arrange data and payment for them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
