Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our contract catering services, emphasizing VIP dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and fluency in Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
VIP Dining Services
- Oversee and personally manage VIP dining experiences, ensuring personalized and high-quality service.
- Ensure the dining environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular briefings to update staff on menu changes, service protocols, and client preferences.
- Manage staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and hygienic dining environment.
- Implement corrective actions promptly in response to any identified issues or non-compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in contract catering or VIP dining services.
- Fluency in Chinese, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Working Day:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 7:30pm
- Alternate Saturday overtime, 10:30am to 2pm
- Off on alternate Saturdays, as well as Sundays and Public Holidays.
Work Location:
- Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range:
- The average total gross income, including overtime, monthly incentives, VIP tips, yearly bonus, and other applicable earnings, ranges from RM4,200 to RM5,000, subject to performance evaluation.
Eligibility:
- This position is for Malaysian or Malaysian PR only

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
