Job Desciption:
To oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth guest service and a positive dining experience while managing staff and maintaining standards. You are responsible for overseeing all activities taking place in the restaurant, from greeting guests to resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
- Guest Service: Greeting guests, seating them, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff to ensure proper service.
- Operational Efficiency: Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, food safety procedures, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Problem Solving: Addressing guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Financial Management: Monitoring and controlling costs, managing budgets, and contributing to revenue generation.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and other legal standards.
Specific Duties May Include:
- Supervising staff: Assisting customers, distributing tasks, and monitoring employee performance.
- Managing reservations: Taking reservations, managing the waitlist, and coordinating seating arrangements.
- Handling complaints: Responding to guest complaints professionally and resolving issues.
- Maintaining standards: Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall quality of the restaurant.
- Training staff: Providing training on customer service, food safety, and company policies.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff: Collaborating to ensure smooth kitchen operations and food quality.
- Promoting the brand: Enhancing the restaurant's reputation and promoting its services physically and social media platforms.
- Managing inventory: Ordering supplies and ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
