Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service.
- Monitor table availability, cleanliness, and guest seating.
- Ensure customers are greeted promptly and receive timely service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista staff to manage order flow.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure the café maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Train and support staff on service standards and customer care.
- Monitor stock of front-of-house supplies (e.g., menus, condiments, napkins).
- Step in to assist with hosting, serving, or clearing as needed during busy periods.
- Report any issues (maintenance, staffing, or service delays) to upper management.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or floor management role in hospitality (café, restaurant, or similar).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-focused attitude.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours.
