- Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas.
- Responsible for providing functional assistance to operations during peak periods and functions.
- Responsible to keep F&B equipment inventory book up to date.
- Responsible to maintain all F&B areas free of pests at all times.
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
- To operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, table, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock.
- To ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
