About the Role:
Goldbell Equipment Sdn Bhd is hiring a Rental Fleet Executive to manage and coordinate our rental operations. This role involves handling rental databases, logistics arrangements, and building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the rental fleet database
- Coordinate monthly rental invoicing
- Arrange truck delivery and collection schedules
- Work closely with Sales and Service departments
- Address and follow up on customer issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: Chinese-speaking candidates due to client interaction needs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
