We are hiring a motivated, service-driven individual to provide remote customer support for a major mobile gaming client. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English to handle customer inquiries via live chat and email.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (gaming industry a plus).
- Must own a laptop and have reliable internet.
- Available for rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer interactions via live chat and email.
- Solve problems according to company guidelines.
- Use multiple software systems to track and resolve issues.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekends.
