Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with experience in the pharmaceutical (health supplements and health food) industry as a Regulatory Affairs Executive who is observant, to-the-details, fact-based and with a passion to learn and keep up-to-date with the developments in the laws and regulations.

What You Will Primarily Do:
- Responsible for the maintenance and renewal of (among others) GMP, factory, JKKP, ISO, HACCP licensing
- Responsible for the application, maintenance and safekeeping of QUEST 3+ tokens
- Responsible for MAL, HALAL, food classification and NOT registrations, submissions and renewals as well as KKLIU application and advertisements
- Applying for free sales certificate/certificate of pharmaceutical products for exports
- Preparing and updating product information, label instructions and templates and check artworks and contents for production registration, variation and classifications
- Liaising with government departments and authorities (including among other correspondences, letters and emails) and obtain latest information relating to product registration/classification, GMP, HALAL requirements
- Answering, updating and provide periodical briefs to QA, AAP, Business Development and Production personnel/departments on matters, developments and information relating to product registration/classification, GMP, HALAL requirements
- Handling and storage of sample preparations for registered products
- Preparation and handling of documents required for licensing, registration, GMP, HALAL and other purposes
- Other works and duties as required by superiors from time to time
What We May Need From You:
- Advantage: with first hand experience in food classifications and formulations
- Additional Advantage: with knowledge and experience in supporting/handling registrations in other jurisdictions
- At least Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Nutrition.
- At least 1 year working experiences in a related sector (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you like challenges - hard work, industrial insights, deserving pay -- these make you stand out among your peers)
- Independent, cautious, detailed, resourceful and fact-based individual
- Knowledge in GMP, HALAL, ISO, HACCP is an added advantage.
- Language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. A significant part of the work involves products with traditional medicine related ingredients, therefore proficiency in the Mandarin language is required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
