Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client companies to understand their hiring needs, business objectives, and culture.
- Write and advertise job postings on relevant job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment tools.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match for client requirements.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate and client information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Meet placement targets and contribute to team KPIs and revenue goals.
- Stay current on labor market trends and competitor activity.
Note: Training will be provided to ensure successful performance in this role.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
