Description:
- Assist recruiters with end-to-end hiring processes
- Create job advertisement and post to various kind of platforms
- Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidate summaries
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
