- Review and validate CCTV footage and other evidence submitted by Operations team regarding parcel loss investigations.
- Asses and determine the parties liable for the parcel losses based on the evidence submitted.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure consistency and transparency in the investigation process.
- Manage and process a high volume of cases, with an expected daily throughput of approximately 30 orders/day
Requirement:
- Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
- Detailed oriented person
- Have good critical thinking skills
- Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning
- Relevant experience aligned with the job scope is an advantage
- SPM level education or above
- Knowledge in logistics related operation is a plus
