How will you make an impact in this role?
- Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for credit related matters
- Make profitable spend decisions based on risk assessment and card member profiles
- Recommend cancellation or suspension of spending privileges where required for card members.
- Effectively negotiate and discuss alternate payment arrangements Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum G3 L3 Performance Rating.
- Over 12 months in current position.
- Approval from line manager to proceed with recruitment application.
- Good attendance record.
- Not under any performance counseling:
- First, Second and Final Warning in past 6 months
- Basic understanding on MAS Regulations
