Work Arrangement: Menara Southpoint
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Contract: 12 Month, 3 Month Probation, Renew 9 Month
Job Scope:
- Review and validate CCTV footage and all evidence submitted by the operations team for parcel loss investigations.
- Assess and determine the parties responsible for parcel losses based on thorough evidence analysis.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness throughout the investigation process.
- Manage and process a high volume of cases, with an expected daily throughput of approximately 30 orders per day.
Requirements:
- Strong command of both Malay and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Minimum SPM level education or higher.
- Knowledge or experience in logistics or related operations is a plus!
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: RM 2,500 per month
- Overtime Pay
