Work Arrangement: Menara Southpoint
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
Contract: 12 Month, 3 Month Probation, Renew 9 Month
Job Scope:
- Review and evaluate images of damaged parcels submitted by the operations team.
- Assess the condition of parcels based on provided evidence and determine the best course of action—whether to dispose of parcels or return them to sellers.
- Manage and process a high volume of cases, with an expected daily throughput of approximately 150 tickets, ensuring timely resolution of backlog items.
Requirements:
- Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in your work.
- Strong critical thinking skills to solve problems effectively.
- Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
- Relevant experience aligned with the job scope is an advantage.
- SPM level education or above.
- Knowledge in logistics-related operations is a plus!
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: RM 2,500 per month
- Overtime Pay
