Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
- Coordinate visitor access, including registration and security clearance.
Administrative Support
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry for petty cash, billing payment, pantry items purchase and etc
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging refreshments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Job Requirements
- SPM or Certificate in any related field.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
- Location in Puchong Jaya, Selangor.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
