JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner.
2. Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically/ e-mails.
3. Call insurance company as needed and enter data electronically for local panel health insurances.
4. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports to admin respective insurances and panels.
5. Adhere to policies and procedures on dispensing of medications., and is Knowledgeable in medicines prescribed.
6. Key in medicine prescribed by doctor. Ensure correct patient, correct medicine, correct dosage, correct route, correct time, and correct quantity.
7. Pick up correct medicine and quantity.
8. Perform duties in the spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
9. Respond to emergencies accordingly.
10. Maintain confidentiality of patients and information pertaining to the Clinic and business information and plans .
11. Perform other duties and errands as assigned by Manager.
12 .Assist on clinic reception
13. Provide support to patient
14. Manage daily, monthly accounts
15. Other general clinic management tasks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum education, SPM and /or Diploma in related job scope
1. At least 2 years working experience in customer service industry , or medical clinic setting is an asset.
2. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese language at ? level. as well as fluency in English, Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills and awareness in cultural diversities.
4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills, relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with patients, doctors and colleagues
6. Competent in computer system and applications
Working hour : 9am - 10pm (shift)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
