Job Descriptions: -
- Provide field technical support.
- Troubleshoot and repair customer Kitchen equipment.
- Perform Installation Testing and Commissioning for equipment.
- Support sales of part and PM services to customer.
- Experience in electrical /kitchen and gas equipment will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Refrigeration equipment / Cold Rooms.
- Able to read and write simple service reports and manuals.
Job Requirements: -
- Responsible to maintain good and courteous relation with customer and provide technical support.
- Available to be on standby duty and respond to urgent service call /request during Weekend and Public Holiday.
- Have driving license and obtain GDL to drive company service vehicles.
- Willing to travel outstation -- Nationwide on short notice on job request.
