Key Responsibilities
● Teaching: Deliver effective and engaging ICT lessons for Year 5 to Year 8 students.
● Curriculum Planning: Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that align with school standards and student needs.
● Instructional Strategies: Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
● Assessment & Reporting: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate with the Academic Head and parents as needed.
● Professional Growth: Stay current with teaching best practices and the integration of technology in the classroom.
● Leadership Potential: Opportunities for subject or departmental leadership as the school expands.
● Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English is essential
. ● Tech Savvy: Confident in using digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
● Examination Experience: Familiar with preparing students for assessments in line with the IGCSE curriculum.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, ICT, Teaching, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school setting with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
● Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Multilingual ability is a plus. Must be proficient in technology and comfortable delivering digital presentations.
