Main Purpose of the Job:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement through dynamic and trend-driven content across various social media platforms. This role focuses on creating impactful, platform-specific campaigns that align with the company’s goals of boosting sales and strengthening brand awareness. A key aspect of this position is the ability to conceptualize and produce visually engaging, audience-focused videos that captivate viewers and inspire action, ensuring the brand stands out in a competitive digital landscape.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Content Creation and Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute creative content for XHS, Facebook, Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts, tailored to each
platform's unique audience and trends.
- Create short-form videos, graphics, and animations using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro,
ensuring content aligns with the brand’s identity.
- Ability to design marketing materials such as posters, banners, and flyers using Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a
strong advantage.
- Participate in trending challenges, utilize popular hashtags, and incorporate viral sounds to maximize reach and
engagement.
- Translate marketing objectives into visually compelling stories that resonate with target audiences and drive
conversions.
Social Media Strategy, Management, and Execution:
- Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence across
platforms.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm updates, and audience preferences to optimize content performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify effective strategies and tailor them to align with the brand’s goals.
- Manage timelines effectively to ensure high-quality content is filmed, edited, and published on schedule.
Community Engagement and Interaction:
- Actively manage and respond to comments, messages, and tags, fostering authentic connections with followers.
- Build an engaged online community by initiating meaningful conversations and interactions.
Analytics and Strategy:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for
Improvement.
- Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and sales generated from social media campaigns
Academic Preferences:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management (portfolio or prior work examples
are a plus).
- Skilled in shooting photos and videos using smartphones or cameras, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Proficient in XiaoHongShu (XHS) and other social media platforms, with a solid understanding of their trends and best practices.
- Creative thinker with storytelling skills and the ability to produce audience-focused content.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities to effectively oversee multiple projects and content
schedules.
- Experience in copywriting and crafting engaging, attention-grabbing content.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools to monitor and enhance campaign performance
