1. Ability to develop and sustain productive guest relationships; actively seeking information to understand and address guest' needs.
2. Acts as “hotel ambassador” to hotel guests, which include guests deserving special attention and disable guest.
3. Show recognition to new, regular and Circulo member guests.
5. Ensures that all guests are attended to by staff promptly and courteously.
4. Escorts all guests to their room upon arrival. Introduces the hotel facilities and special services to guest.
5. Inspects all rooms assigned during the day for VIPs and regular guests when requested.
6. Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area for guest recommendation.
7. Ensures that Guest Service Section has a good coordination with the other departments.
8. Ensure that the team is efficient, smart, clean and friendly with both customers and team members.
9. Ensures that all guests and VIPs at their arrival and welcomes them. Checks daily arrivals list for VIPs regular and all FIT guests in order to plan and organize the day’s activities
10. Checks with the Reservation’s for Circulo member and VIP arrival daily.
11. Be fully aware of all property management systems.
12. To be fully conversant with the Hotel Emergency and Evacuation procedures.
13. Ability to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing solutions.
14. Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to achieve shared business targets and goals. Respect and support your fellow colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery to all internal and external guests.
15. Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
16. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by FOM / DM.
