Job Summary:
Quarry Supervisor for a Quarry Company, responsible for overseeing and managing quarry operations. This role involves supervising quarry activities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, coordinating with quarry workers and contractors, and managing production targets and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage quarry operations, ensuring efficient and safe extraction of materials.
- Ensure that production targets are achieved by organizing and planning daily production output according to management’s plan.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and maintain a safe working environment in the quarry.
- Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with environmental agencies and stakeholders to resolve any environmental issues.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in the related field.
- 2 years of relevant work experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role in the quarry or mining industry.
- Able to handle the physical demands of the job.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Working Hours: 5.5 days of work
