Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules for projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of projects.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control exercises.
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Measure and value construction work done on-site.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to optimize project costs.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.
- Assess and certify contractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project progress and provide cost reports to stakeholders.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the project director.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Can work under pressure.
- Own transportation
Location: Dataran Prima, Selangor
Working hours: 8:30 am -5:30 pm ( Monday - Friday)
