Job Description
- Lead and support the Contract team for specific projects.
- Initiate and oversee quotation requests alongside the Junior Commercial Executive.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and pricing details.
- Liaise with clients and consultants regarding the commercial aspects (BQ).
- Participate in project meetings.
- Conduct site work evaluations.
- Handle Change Orders (CO), Variation Orders (VO), and Letters of Commitment (LOC) preparations.
- Manage progress payment submissions to clients.
- Verify payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job requirement:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Min 3 years of experience in Interior Design field.
- Retail project experience will be an advantage.
- Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.
- Well versed in pre-contract administration, cost estimation, tendering and post contract management
- Conversant in standard method of measurement rules and BQ preparation
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel / Words / Power Point
- Able to read drawings & Project Schedule

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
