Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and tender documents.
- Evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender analysis reports.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost planning, and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Administer contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Prepare and verify progress claims, payment certificates, and variation orders.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and financial performance.
- Conduct site visits to assess work progress and validate claims.
- Prepare and finalize final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients on cost-related matters.
- Provide advice on contractual disputes, claims, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in quantity surveying (depending on level).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
