- Working days & Hour : Monday to Saturday (8.00am - 5.00pm)
- Valid CIDB Green Card
- Assist in measuring and recording quantities of blasting and painting works completed.
- Maintain daily records of surface preparation areas, paint application, and material consumption.
- Collect data from site supervisors and painters for progress tracking.
- Help prepare daily progress reports and quantity updates.
- Support in preparation of work completion sheets and quantity verification documents.
- Assist in compiling documentation for invoicing, variations, and claims.
- Keep track of manpower, equipment usage, and productivity data.
- Coordinate with the site team for updates and approvals.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of all QS-related records and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a QS clerk or site documentation role, preferably in blasting & painting or construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of surface preparation and industrial painting processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Able to work at site and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with measurement units (m², liters, microns, etc.) used in coating works.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
