- Assist in pre-contract processes with inter departments, consultants and tenderers
- Assist in post-contract processes with inter departments, consultants and contractors
- Administer contract during project implementation
- Liaison with client and consultants on pre and post contract matters
- Evaluate & process contractors' interim/ final progress claims
- Assess, review and made recommendation on variation work (VO) claims submitted by contractors
- Conclude contractors' final accounts
- Assist in monitor overall project budgets
- Any other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in both pre- and post-contract administration, preferably in construction industry
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract documentation, and contract formalization
- Experience in evaluating progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final account settlements
- Familiarity with project budgeting and cost control procedures
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual and commercial matters
- Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
