Job Opening: Quantity Surveyor (Minimum 5 Years’ Experience)

Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,500/month (Based on experience & qualifications)
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in both pre- and post-contract work in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Perform cost estimation and analysis for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and manage financial reporting.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims, VO (variation orders), and payment applications.
- Liaise and negotiate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and relevant statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of tendering, procurement, and cost control procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD and QS software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
