- Conduct quality inspections and audits of products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Perform testing and analysis of products and raw materials to identify defects and potential quality issues.
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections, and report findings to management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Work closely with production, engineering to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in the investigation of customer complaints and provide support in resolving quality-related issues.
Perform calibration, verification, and maintenance of equipment used in quality control activities.
