Job Scope
-Reviewing blueprints and construction plans.
-Preparing quantity take-offs and material schedules.
-Creating reports, analyses, and contracts.
-Liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
-Managing subcontractor agreements and payments.
-Monitoring project progress and costs.
-Preparing and submitting project claims and final payment claims.
-Managing project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
