Essential Job Functions
Customer Feedback and Product Incident Analysis:
- Analyze customer feedback and product incidents to identify trends and root causes.
- Propose to the manager whether specific issues warrant activation of the CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) process.
CAPA Status Dashboard Management:
- Prepare and maintain a CAPA status dashboard to track the progress of all active CAPAs.
- Share the dashboard regularly with relevant functional teams to ensure updates and progress tracking.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and closure of CAPAs.
Inspection Scheduling and Resource Optimization:
- Develop and manage the inspection schedule for all QC staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Optimize QC resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
QC Inspection Status Dashboard:
- Design and maintain a dashboard to track QC inspection activities, including completed, pending, and overdue inspections.
- Include key metrics such as pas/fail rates, defect types, and resource utilization.
- Share the dashboard with management and QC staff to support data-driven decision-making.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in QC operations and propose initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement best practices and improve workflows.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
