JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- ·Responsible on quality control of product manufacturing process according to control plan, work instructions and inspection regulations, as well as BOM, samples.
- To troubleshoot and resolving quality issues using 5M1E approach in a timely manner.
- To inspect quality of materials for trial assembly and promptly report abnormal / deviation situations to superiors.
- To handle the disposal of unqualified products on the production line.
- To communicate with production line staffs on quality non-compliance issues / practices.
- To implement QRCI and OA process reviews on site for major defects and investigate on breakpoints for developing feasible solutions.
- To conduct and compile SPC statistics.
- To prepare quality inspection reports and weekly quality summaries report.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- ·Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in Engineering, Automotive Manufacturing, Quality Control or equivalent.
- · Have at least 3 years of experience Quality Inspection or Quality Control in Manufacturing Industry, experience in Manufacturing of Automotive Electromechanical Parts / Equipment Motor would be added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Compliance Standards.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
