Quality Control Chef

As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic staff and help us further engage with our vibrant community.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and evaluate food taste, presentation, portioning, and freshness across all kitchen operations.
- Ensure all dishes meet established quality and consistency standards before being served.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce SOPs for food handling, preparation, and presentation.
- Train kitchen staff to follow recipes, plating guides, and portion control procedures.
- Conduct regular hygiene checks and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., local health regulations).
- Monitor storage practices to prevent cross-contamination and food spoilage.
- Check the quality of raw materials upon delivery and during storage.
- Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure consistent supply of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Provide coaching and feedback to kitchen staff on food quality issues.
- Lead by example and uphold a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of kitchen operations and maintain accurate records of quality checks.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and propose corrective actions.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Supervisor with a strong focus on quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent tasting palate.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple kitchen operations.
