Job Summary
As the Quality & Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Happy Potato outlets—both franchise and direct stores—adhere to the brand’s operational standards, food safety protocols, and customer service quality. This role involves conducting store audits, identifying non-compliance issues, supporting store improvements, and working closely with both the operations and franchise support teams to maintain brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance & Store Audits
- Conduct regular audits for all outlets to assess product quality, cleanliness, service, SOP compliance, and hygiene.
- Prepare and submit QC reports with findings and improvement recommendations.
- Work with outlet teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
2. Franchise Support & Compliance
- Monitor franchisee adherence to operational standards, branding, and company policies.
- Guide and support franchisees in resolving operational or compliance issues.
- Participate in onboarding, setup, and initial training for new franchise stores.
3. Direct Store Operations
- Assist in the daily operational needs of direct outlets, including troubleshooting and task delegation.
- Support store teams during peak periods or special events to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements for direct-managed stores.
4. SOP & Training
- Assist in maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide coaching and re-training to underperforming teams or new hires.
- Ensure that all outlets receive updated training on new products, systems, or quality standards.
5. Reporting & Feedback
- Submit weekly quality and compliance updates to the operations team.
- Work closely with Area Managers and Franchise Support Executives to share feedback and escalate major issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B quality control, operations, or franchise support preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and customer service standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel frequently to outlets across Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
