Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Investigate and record non-conformances, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update quality-related records such as inspection reports, material safety data sheet, pesticide label, and certifications.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with ISO or other applicable standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Provide training to staff on quality procedures and awareness.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications and conform to legal or regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree Major in Entomology & Parasitology
- Other skill certification (if any)
- Entry level applicants and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Training provided in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & HACCP or other quality systems.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience in Pest Control
- Familiar with ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or other quality systems depending on the industry.
