Job Description:
- Conduct routine inspection of incoming raw material, in-process products and finish goods according to specifications.
- Ensure all products meet internal quality specifications and regulatory standards (HACCP and GMP).
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the food safety system.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP and other relevant standards.
- Support audits (internal and external) and prepare necessary records.
- Participate in trouble shooting quality related issues on the production floor.
- Maintain accurate records and inspection data, testing and QA activities.
- Responsible for environment, equipment swab conduct by weekly / monthly.
- Responsible for sampling and testing purposes.
- Monitor and verify the cleanliness and tidiness on the production floor.
- Handle non-conformance products by ensuring defects products are properly segregated and held correctly.
- To assist monitor the effectiveness of pest control program.
- Report any quality or safety issues to the QA Assistant Manager / QA supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
- Min Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Food Management.
- Minimum 1 year experience. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of Halal, GMP, HACCP standards will be added to the advantage.
- Willing to work independently without supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
