1. Inspection & Monitoring
- Carry out inspections on piping materials, welding, fit-up, alignment, and dimensional checks in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor welding activities, including welder qualifications, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), and consumables control.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of piping materials.
- Verify installation, hydro-test, pneumatic test, flushing, reinstatement, and final box-up activities.
2. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all works comply with ASME, API, AWS, and project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test packs, punch lists, and other QC documentation.
- Ensure all quality records (ITR – Inspection Test Records) are signed and submitted in a timely manner.
3. Coordination
- Liaise with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives regarding inspection and quality issues.
- Report non-conformance (NCR) and assist in corrective / preventive action implementation.
- Attend daily toolbox talks, inspection meetings, and coordination sessions with the QC/QA team.
4. Safety & Integrity
- Ensure all inspection activities are carried out with adherence to safety procedures.
- Maintain integrity and professionalism in reporting and inspection works.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
