QC Inspector - Inspection and Testing (Plastic Packaging Manufacturer)

Responsibilities:

· Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

· Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using appropriate tools and equipment.

· Record inspection results, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare quality reports.

· Identify and document non-conforming products and assist in the investigation of quality issues.

· Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

· Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to quality control activities.

· Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.

· Participate in internal and external audits as required.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a QC Inspector in a relevant industry.

· Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, methodologies, and documentation.

· Familiarity with quality assurance standards and regulations relevant to the industry.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment for quality inspection purposes.

· Basic computer skills and the ability to use software applications related to quality control and documentation.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Must be able to work shifts, including morning and night shifts, as per company requirements.

· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

· Willing to work in Pandamaran, Selangor.
