Key Responsibilities:
- To monitor, to inspect, and to record production processes.
- To monitor and to inspect the hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness of the production kitchen.
- To monitor and record the daily temperature/ production records.
- To perform QC inspection on outgoing products.
- To carry out personal hygiene inspection on every employee.
- To control chemical/cleaning detergent movement and segregate it to divisions.
- To perform the compliance checking on kitchen operation related & documentations based on HACCP, ISO22000 and FSSC 22000 guidelines.
- To assist in any task given by immediate superior.
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Studies.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge on HACCP, ISO22000 and FSSC 22000.
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Preferably final year, last semester student.
