Job Responsibilities
- Assist QA Engineer in launching new models and setting up production lines.
- Support QA Engineer in evaluating and qualifying new materials not listed in AVL.
- Coordinate and follow up on product quality issues detected by production or customers.
- Assist in components and customer return failure analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Participate in process improvement projects with process engineering and production teams.
- Conduct periodic process audits based on customer or internal checklists.
- Ensure smooth daily QA activities and compliance with turnaround goals.
- Carry out receiving inspection and data collection of incoming materials (FIFO basis).
- Raise Material Discrepancy Reports (MDR) for rejected materials.
- Ensure urgent parts are inspected and released promptly to avoid production downtime.
- Perform QA-related assignments as delegated by the QA Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 procedures.
Job Requirements
- Possess basic knowledge in interpreting technical drawings.
- Familiar with measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Able to communicate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Email) for reporting and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to support overtime and shift work if required.
- Positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and eagerness to learn.

Pay: RM1,487.13 - RM3,201.29 per month
