Job description
1. To ensure the QA sections that are under his / her responsibilities are run in its optimum condition via effective activities planning, organizing, man power arrangement, leading and controlling.
2. Able to lead and supervise a team of QA inspectors and leader to achieve company objectives.
3. Knowledge in products inspection and test and adequate supervisory skill.
4. Ensure that a testing record are legible (can be read), completed and properly indexed and filed at the specified location.
5. Good listener to make good suggestion and summary.
6. Set good example for subordinates.
7. Responsible to prepare and submit relevant operation report on time.
8. Complete required reports such as leave, attendance, etc & quality record as requested.
9. Supervisor shall ensure all activities are perform and adhered to standard procedure, GMP, company rules and regulation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or with gloves related experience or higher.
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory level, knowledge in gloves environment is added advantage.
- Disciplined, positive attitude, initiative & must be hands on.
- Communicate well with superior and subordinates.
- Manage & supervise a group of Department Leaders / Assistants / Operators to achieve set objectives.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
