Job Overview
We're looking for a QA & Product Operations Associate to help ensure a smooth product experience for our users. This role blends QA testing, bug resolution, and user documentation, and involves working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams.You’ll play a key part in catching bugs before users do, creating helpful resources, and making sure product feedback flows effectively between teams.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Test new features before launch to identify bugs and usability issues
- Ensure product releases meet business and user expectations
Bug Tracking
- Take ownership of bug reports and follow through to resolution
- Coordinate with developers and customer support to prioritize fixes
- Communicate clearly about issue status and resolutions
User Documentation
- Write and maintain user-friendly guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials
- Keep help content up-to-date and aligned with product changes
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Customer Support, and Business teams
- Translate user and internal feedback into clear, actionable insights
- Help bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical teams
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in QA, technical support, or product documentation (experience in SaaS or tech startups is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong willingness to learn
- Able to follow test plans and identify usability issues and bugs
- Strong written communication skills—able to document findings clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- A team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and feedback loops
